Yesterday was Halloween. I spent most of my day off relaxing in bed watching Sons of Anarchy and also went out and had a nice lunch with my husband. Upon arriving home from lunch, I went and checked the mail. The cutest, most perfect postcard came. Halloween is my favorite holiday, and while I didn't celebrate with the norm of taking my daughter around to Trick or Treat, we instead attended a beautiful Halloween wedding. Here is the card I received from Martha in Peoria, Illinois. Postrossing ID is US-3057977. The postcard features an illustration by Gabriella Oldham from the early 20th century. The piece is titled respectively A Happy Hallowe'en.
