Ah yes. Today I am sharing a spicy one! The Kimchi Dog with Spicy Mustard Sauce. This dish, found at the South Korea Marketplace, will be returning to this years festival. My husband was too scared to try it out, I actually thought this one was great! Not top 10, but still really good. While being ethnic, it still had that comfort food-ness to it. Hopefully my husband will overcome his fear of kimchi and give this one a try this year.
